This was made from hand-harvested grapes, whole bunch pressed, fermented on indigenous yeasts, initially in tanks, finished in French oak barrels and lees mature. Creamy and exotic. Dried papaya and spice overtones. It has layers of fig, melon and lime aromas and flavours, supported by spicy oak and nutty nuances. Terrifically structured and balanced, it has a buttery edge and a great, full flavoured finish.
