Medium to full bodied Chardonnay balanced by gentle, fresh acidity and a whisp of flinty minerality. Aromatics lean more towards zesty citrus and citrus blossom this year, as is typical of the Tuki Tuki Vineyard, yet the Redstone fruit brings layers of ripe peach, cashew and fig. Complexities of roasted hazelnut, patisserie and a hint of smoky gunflint compliment the wine.
