Despite a slightly unsettled start to the growing season, careful vineyard management ensured beautifully balanced fruit at harvest.Handpicked and whole-bunch pressed with just a hint of skin contact for its delicate blush hue, the juice underwent a long, cool fermentation in stainless steel with organic yeasts. Bottled with minimal intervention, this wine retains its vibrant purity.The palate is fresh and lively, bursting with raspberry, redcurrant, and strawberry cream.
