Pahi Pinot Noir

Pahi is our benchmark expression of the lifted aromatics we consistently see from fruit grown along Te Muna Road. This wine is vibrant and expressive, showcasing a complex aroma profile with layers of ripe red berries, subtle florals, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it offers a soft, silky texture with elegant tannins and well-balanced acidity, that leads to a long finish. It is medium body with maturation in French oak adding a refined touch of toast and vanilla, enhancing its depth and complexity. With a delicate, lingering finish, this wine beautifully reflects the unique terroir of alluvial, free-draining gravel soils and the meticulous attention to detail that goes in to handcrafting these wines.
