% Syrah, 31% Grenache, 4% Rousanne. A magnificent garnet colour, deep and intense. Rich nose with notes of coffee, dark fruits, truffle, mocha and blueberry. Complex yet balanced on the palate, both fresh and intense, voluptuous. Very long on the palate, with lingering notes of dark fruits and fine tannins. A generous and intense wine with strong ageing potential, ideally suited to lamb, red meat and roasted vegetables. Decant for 2-3 hours and serve at room temperature. Ageing potential: 10-12 years.
