Powerful aromatics equally proportioned between ripe fruitand complexity from fermentation and barrel aging. Thefruit notes are in the viognier spectrum of apricot and peachwhilst the complexity is largely a result of barrelfermentation and aging. There are nuances of grilledalmonds as well as the mealy note of freshly milledgrains.
