A wonderful growing season produced very pure and concentrated fruit. After three days settling in tank, a portion was transferred to old oak for natural fermentation, the remainder fermented in tank and finished in an off-dry style. After lees stirring for two months, the portions were blended together and express the calcareous clay soils of the vineyard with harmonious balance of fruit weight and acidityLight golden in colour with a nose rich in nutmeg, pear and peach with hints of cream. Exhibiting considerable weight with ripe nectarine, peach and baking spices, the palate stretches out with fine chalky tannins and fresh fruit-laden acidity.
