Kombucha Vodka Apple Mint (4 Pack)
Quadruple distilled vodka (produced by 1919 in Auckland) is blended with organic kombucha and fresh pressed organic braeburn apples. The kombucha base is made from a blend of organic green and black tea leaves, which has been fermented for 7-9 days. After fermentation its blended with the juice and infused with fresh mint. The fresh mint is put into a muslin cloth bag and steeped in the kombucha and juice until the right level of flavour is achieved. Filtered it produced a lightly coloured liquid with sweetness from the apple and a soft mint flavour.
