The story of both the distillery and its Orkney home cannot be told without reference to hundreds of years of Viking rule, and indeed it is much of this history that provides both Highland Parks inspiration and its lifeblood. The 10 yer old has a subtle sherry influence with smoky notes. Ginger, orange and peat, a hint of sweetness. Finishing echoes of salt, pepper and coriander.
