Made with 100% freshly harvested Imo (sweet potato) from the island of Kyushu. Good acidity balanced with sweetness such as caramel popcorn or butter scotch with floral character and a touch of spice. Warm and round on the palate. Full bodied with mushroom and cheese flavours. Earthy but very approachable.
