As one of the worlds oldest wineries, Schloss Vollrads have a long, well documented history in the area. This wine pays hommage to the 1716 construction of the world's first Cabinet Cellar, and subsequent sale of Cabinet (reserve wines). Made from grapes from both Grand Cru sites, Schlossberg and Greiffenberg. Dry in style with a slightly salty palate balancing the rich pink grapefruit, white fruits and peach flavours. Juicy acidity will have you reaching for the glass again and again.
