90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, picked from the 6th to the 20th September. The purity of dark black fruit in this wine is what struck me first, over delivering to what I expected. Its a mineral, chalky wine, a very elegant style of Merlot with a lovely lift from the Cabernet Franc. The tannins are fine and lead to a beautiful elegant finish. A super well made great value 2022.
