Disgorged the day before I tried it in March 2015, a blend of the 2009, 2010 and 2011 vintage. This wine is given a longer time on lees than the NV and made from vineyards with older vine age. There’s just 4 kilos of pressure, which results from a shorter fermentation and less sugar. The mousse is very fine, the palate clean and dry with crisp green apple notes.
