Organically farmed Chardonnay vines that are 25 years old. French oak maturation. 30% new. A a vibrant, beautifully detailed, approachable Blanc that will be great drinking early on. Whilst this is an appellation better known for red wines, Domaine Parent have made a delicately fruited wine elegant wine that has sublime detail and expression. Theres orchard fruits a harmonious streak of minerality complimented by a delicate touch of oak. The finish is very young. A wonderful white Burgundy.
