Carignan and Grenache from 100 year old vines are blended by the dynamic duo that is Anne and Jean-Paul Tollot. Employing the Burgundian winemaking techniques of their home region, the grapes are 100% destemmed and aged in oak barrels. The final product is an inky wine with ripe boysenberry and smoked beetroot characters.
