The 2017 Cos d'Estournel Blanc bristles with energy, much of which comes from the slightly higher amount of Sauvignon Blanc in the blend. White flower and citrus peel notes are nicely pushed forward. The Semillon is felt in the wine's mid-palate creaminess and textural depth. A touch of reduction on the finish – typical for this wine – adds freshness. The blend is 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon.Antonio Galloni 90-93
