Individual berry selection of botrytis-affected grapes from clay and limestone soils on two plots, Chateau Chevrier and Bois Soleil et Montgouverne. From very low yields of 5hl/ha. Fermentation takes place all in barrels. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 6 months on the fine lees. 124g/L residual sugar. Scents of butter and sandalwood , with complex fruit aromas emerging with air. Very rich in the mouth, preserved with notes of roasted pineapple supported by sweet spices (cinnamon, saffron).
