A dry Chenin with 2g/l residual sugar made from the Ferré plot. Natural yeast and no chaptalisation (adding sugar to increase the alcohol). Vinified in large 500L barrels and aged on lees for 1 year. The nose is complex with aromas of roasted nuts, camphor and spices (juniper and gray pepper). The resulting wine has a rounded stone fruit character, silky tannins with even a little tropical note of lychees and white flowers.
