The palate is full of ripe red berry fruits, herbs and spices and dark roasted coffee flavours. Fine tannins and a solid line of acidity provides ample support for a long future. Drink now, or keep for three to five years and be rewarded. Enjoy with slow cooked lamb shanks, medium rare eye fillet, a thick Angus beef burger, BBQed Swiss brown mushroom and finish with some hard cheeses.
