This Pet Nat is made from Chenin Blanc. Essentially bottling fermenting wine before it has finished, resulting in a delicious cross between wine and grape juice, simple and pure with refreshing flavours and lower alcohol. The wine is cloudy,refreshing and simply smashable with just the right amount of fizz. This is off dry with just the right amount of acidity.
