Predominantly coastally grown, cool climate fruit from our SEA (Te Awanga) vineyard, blended with warmer inland fruit from our EARTH vineyard creating the perfect balance and tension of ripeness and roundness, with freshness and bright acidity. 100% Chardonnay, fermented in a mix of tank and barrels, with partial malolactic fermentation and extended time on light lees. 16% aged in new French barriques, 84% in tank, for 11 months.
