Handcrafted, barrel fermented, limited release. A small parcel of grapes from the Tietjen vine-yard is crushed prior to the full harvest and allowed to ferment on the skins. They are then added back into the juice to to ferment the full parcel, providing added layers of flavour and aromatic complexity. A surge of rich stonefruit and melon flavours is overlaid with notes of toasty oak and a taut but harmonious acidity on the finish.
