Pisco Sour COCKTAIL RECEIPE
1 part Kappa Pisco, 1 part sugar syrup, 1 part lime juice, 1 egg white, 1 handful of ice, A few drops of bitters, Lime wedge to garnish
Pour the ice, Pisco, lime juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker or blender with the egg white. Shake vigorously for 30 secs or blend for 10 secs, then strain into two glasses. Add a few drops of bitters to the top of each cocktail. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.

SHAKE AND STRAIN
Using a Hawthorn strainer (or knife) this technique prevents the ice going into the glass. Straining protects the cocktail ensuring melted ice wont dilute the flavour and mixture.
