Island Style COCKTAIL RECEIPE
A few large chunks of freshly cut pineapple
50 ml Bruichladdich 10yr Old
10 ml Pallini Limoncello
20 ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
10 ml Vanilla Syrup
A dash of free range egg white
Muddle pineapple pieces in the base of Boston add remaining ingredients. Fill shaker with ice and shake well. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass, then add a dash of Fee Brothers Orange Bitters. The fresh lemon, pineapple and vanilla natural compliment the soft floral notes of the Bruichladdich 10yr Old.
SHAKE AND STRAIN
Using a Hawthorn strainer (or knife) this technique prevents the ice going into the glass. Straining protects the cocktail ensuring melted ice wont dilute the flavour and mixture.
