We are NZ's first and only brewers of sake. Based in Queenstown, we are producing a Premium (Junmaishu) sake in several styles and strength from sake-specific Japanese rice and water sourced from the Southern Alps. Our sake is best enjoyed chilled and matches well with a variety of foods, even Japanese food! Our Drip Pressed Ginjo won a Gold Medal at the London International Sake Challenge, whilst our cloudy styled Nigori took a silver.
