Wild Rock started with the goal to create some of “New Zealand’s most distinctive and affordable wines”. They wanted to make wines that would represent the best flavours of every region in New Zealand.
Wild Rock sources their reds from Gimblett Gravels; Chardonnay from Hawkes Bay; Pinot from Martinborough, Marlborough and Otago; and Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough and Nelson. They select each vineyard for their soils and small areas with unique climates.
With each new vintage, the team at Wild Rock uncover new challenges, ideas and vineyards. Each wine aims to reflect the fruit, the time and place.
