TOSQ On a stunning site over-looking Lake Dunstan, with a back-drop of breath-taking Central Otago mountains, TOSQ planted and produced wine from two small vineyards totalling aproximately 4ha planted area of a 15ha property. Love and passion of a small family-owned estate and sensitive organic management contributed to TOSQ’s unique and expressive wines. Receiving critical acclaim for Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Rosé, TOSQ also gained awards and recognition for its unique wine ‘Entwined’. Made from the Flora grape, a varietal cross between Gewurztraminer and Semillon, this has been an adventure into wine-making on skins that has created a dry, amber-hued wine of subtle intrigue.

Sarah-Kate Dineen

Highly talented and respected Wine-maker Sarah-Kate Dineen crafted TOSQ’s organic wines at the Maude Winery in Wanaka. SK’s career took off initially in Australia as a Young Achiever Scholar and also a Len Evans Scholar. She held prestigious wine-making positions, becoming also a full judge and panel chair in both Australia and New Zealand. Back in New Zealand, she and her husband Dan have established their own winery in Wanaka.
