MACKINLAYS
Founded in the early 1800s in Edinburgh, where Charles Mackinlay (a pioneer of scotch whisky) and Co Ltd started production of whisky. It was selected by Lord Ernest Shackleton as the official scotch whisky and was bought to his Antarctic hut. The secret recipe has been carried through six generations of the Mackinlay family.
