FLAGSTONE
The small but perfectly formed Flagstone is a much-awarded South African winery built around winemaker Bruce Jack’s philosophy of handcrafting ground-breaking and idiosyncratic vinos. With his other hand, Jack oversees South Africa’s gigantic Kumala brand, somehow managing to retain Flagstone’s quirky individuality while successfully steering the vinous behemoth that is Kumala. We don’t know how he does it, but do it he does.
