A Wine Science graduate of Charles Sturt University in NSW Australia. Di Holding came to winemaking as a late starter in the industry after a number of different careers. Her passion for Pinot Noir along with her commitment to zero intervention winemaking and organics has seen her produce one gorgeous vintage after another in her open-air, pop-up winery among the vines. She is a committed winegrower and personally manages the vineyard pruning 27,500 vines herself each winter.
