CHATEAU CAP SAINT-MARTIN

Château Cap Saint-Martin has been owned by the same family for generations. It's a little Bordeaux gem. Blaye is the largest, and northernmost of the Côtes appellations capable of producing velvety, fruity, well balanced reds. Overlooking the Gironde estuary this charming estate takes pride in producing profound, intense reds, with supple, smooth tannins and an ability to age gracefully. The estate is about 15 hectares and is currently headed by Pierre Ardoin and his wife Beatrice. Château Cap Saint-Martin proves that a good Bordeaux can also be very affordable.
