CHASE DISTILLERY

Chase is an independent, family-run, single estate distillery based at the family's farm in Herefordshire. King Edward and Lady Claire potatoes, as well as cider apples that go into Chase's gins and vodkas, are also grown there.

Unlike most other distilleries, Chase use their own spirits as the base of their Williams Gin. Chase Distillery is committed to sustainable distilling and farming. They don't let anything go to waste; all their leftover bits are used to feed their herd of pedigree Hereford cattle.
