The Better Beer Company began with a simple mission: to create a beer that was better for you, and better for the planet. And it all started with a conversation between two mates from Sydney's South Coast, Matt Ford and Jack Steele of The Inspired Unemployed, and health-conscious drink enthusiast Nick Cogger from Torquay. They asked themselves: what could they do to make beer better?
The answer was clear - remove the bad and add more of the good. And so they set out to create the perfect pint, using only the finest natural ingredients and a commitment to zero-carb, preservative-free brewing. The result was a refreshing lager that they dubbed the "crispest beer in the world."
For Matt, Jack, and Nick, Better Beer isn't just a brand - it's a passion project that brings people together. "We've always wanted to have our own beer brand," says Matt. "And launching a crisp, refreshing, and healthier alternative for us and our mates was the best idea ever!"
