There’s something about Ardbeg that gets under your skin - the smoke, the salt, the sense of place that never quite leaves you.
This will be the first of what we hope becomes an annual gathering, a night where we slow down, listen, taste, and share the stories that make Islay what it is.
We’ll pour a few special bottlings alongside the familiar legends, each with its own tale to tell. The night’s menu comes from Chef Kane Wilson of Someplace Somewhere, who’s built a dinner around peat with dishes that echo and lift the whisky rather than fight it.
It’s all happening at Jervois, and the table will be small by design. Come ready to taste, to learn, to talk, and to let the night unfold in true Ardbeg fashion.
