The House of Bollinger has been making Champagne since 1829, with a predominance of Grand Cru sites and an attention to detail. The wines that Bollinger produces are sophisticated and complex. The wines from Bollinger are a result of rigorous attention to detail and the House accepts nothing less than perfection. As well as a Royal warrant awarded in 1884 they have also obtained the highly regarded Patrimoine Vivant (living heritage) this is a seal of quality which recognises exceptional craftsmanship and skill.
