Daniel Le Brun has been called the Grandfather of Méthode Traditionelle in New Zealand. Since coming to Marlborough in 1980, he has focused on producing world-class sparkling wines using the techniques he learned in Champagne. Today, the Le Brun family makes an impressive array of methodes for a thirsty and appreciative global audience. Daniel's daughter, Virginie, will discuss her family's winemaking philosophy and guide us through some of their delicious creations.
