Bruno Giacosa is one of the most famous names in Barbaresco, a village just up the road from Barolo. Very few people produce in both areas, and only one carries the respect of both. The wines of Bruno Giacosa are incredible. The late, great master has taught his daughter Bruna his craft, as his father did before him. Exotic dried red fruits leap from the glass. From Serralunga d’Alba, this is bold and structured, and will be very long-lived. Powerful and captivating, there is a definite vibrancy and brightness to this fabulous expression.
