Nature will probably never provide the perfect oenological year, but via the art of assemblage Laurent-Perrier attempts to create it. Grand Siecle is the blending of three outstanding years declared as vintages and chosen for their complementary traits to create a champagne where the resulting sum is greater than its already impressive parts. Fresh. Intense. Aromatic. The assemblage of years for this wine is 65% 2012, 25% 2008 and 10% 2007 make up this blend of 58% Chardonnay and 42% Pinot Noir from 8 Grand Cru.
