Natural Bordeaux Red

A blend of Merlot 90% and Cabernet Sauvignon 10%, a naturally crafted biodynamic Bordeaux that is in a modern style. The grapes all hand-picked by 20 pickers who manually sorted the fruit. The vineyards are ploughed, there's no chemicals, insecticide rather cover crops and a lot of work. A very expressive nose of red fruit (cherry) extremely supple and with a round luscious finish. The finish is clean, lively and refreshing elegant.
