A biodynamic wine that flies out the door of retailers around the world. This 2021 is elegant and fine, a classically styled Bordeaux. A wine that's built on structure with the fruit intertwined around that. Merlot 90% - Malbec 7% - Cabernet Sauvignon 3%, from old vines between 40-80 years. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
