45ml The Botanist Gin

15ml Elderflower Liqueur

15ml Lemon Juice

45ml Tonic Water

Method

Combine The Botanist, Elderflower and lemon juice into a highball glass. Fill with Ice and stir, top with East Imperial Tonic Water and gently stir again. Garnish with Lemon Peel and fresh lavender

Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a coupe and garnish with mint

20ml Amaro Montenegro

90ml Tosti Prosecco

Method

Pour all ingredients into a highball glass with ice, and stir. Gently pour Prosecco to the top and finish with a quick stir.

45ml Chinola Passionfruit Liqueur

15ml Lime Juice

60ml East Imperial Grapefruit Soda

Method

Add all ingredients into a shaker except Grapefruit Soda, and shake with ice. Strain into a highball glass with ice and top with East Imperial Grapefruit Soda, garnish with Grapefruit.

20ml Cointreau

15ml Lime Juice

60ml Fentiman’s Rose Lemonade

Teaspoon of Agave Nectar

Method

Add all ingredients except Lemonade into shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a highball glass over ice and top with Rose Lemonade. Garnish with raspberries.
