Blood & Sand COCKTAIL RECEIPE
25ml Cutty Sark Scotch Whisky
25ml Dolin Vermouth Rouge
25ml De Kuyper Cherry Brandy XO
25ml Freshly pressed orange juice
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake well with ice.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a slice of candied blood orange.
SHAKE AND STRAIN
Using a Hawthorn strainer (or knife) this technique prevents the ice going into the glass. Straining protects the cocktail ensuring melted ice wont dilute the flavour and mixture.
