WILLETT

The Willett Distilling Company is a family owned and operated company that is located just outside of Bardstown in Kentucky on the site which was the family's farm. Willett Distilling Company was founded in 1936 by Thompson Willett, but the family's history in distilling goes back to the just after the American Civil War. During the Prohibition, Lambert Willett raised hogs and cattle on the Willett Bardsotwn site, but he became superintendent a thte Max Selliger & Co. Distillery (now known as Bernheim Distillery) when the Prohibition ended.
