Many of our Fine Wine customers struggle to find the right occasion to open some of these wines, so this provides you the chance to bring along anything you like, and enjoy them with other wine lovers and collectors who will appreciate them. Our team provides a full shared meal but the focus here is really on the wines. Our team are extremely experienced in opening and preparing your oldest bottles. If you don't have anything old enough at home, we can assist in finding you a bottle. We always manage to find a few gems from the Vic Park cellar to bring out to drink as well. Some stunning highlights from previous dinners over the last few years include gems like, 1990 La Grand Dame Rose, 1989 Egon Muller Auslese, Stonyridge 1987 Magnum, 1982 Mouton Rothschild, Grahams 1977 Port, 1937 Talbot and 1918 Chateau de Rayne Vigneau Sauternes.
