Syrah

The Melton Estate Syrah is made from grapes sourced from Waipara, Canterbury. In the winery, the grapes were plunged by hand daily and after a month were racked ready for fermentation in French oak barrels for 11 months. This wine boasts typical Syrah flavours of plum and savoury black pepper, with herbal notes.
