PELISSERO
Pelissero's 38 hectare vineyard produces almost 250,000 bottles of wine annually. Their first bottle was produced in 1960, using artisanal mehtods in a small cellar at the family's home. Pelissero is dedicated to continuous research in the vineyard and cellar. They are proud to have reached their third generation of viticulturalists. Pelissero focuses on Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto grape varities which make up 85% of their production.
