Beehave Meadery hums amidst a native bush reserve just North of Lake Taupo, and houses Meadmaker and Apiarist Jay Bennett’s own hives as the source of its honey. Jay practises organic and holistic methods in caring for his hives to preserve the honey’s natural properties and the health of his bees. Off-sweet and
light-bodied, Beehave’s Meads are naturally flavoured and delightfully sparkling, with each flavour accompanying an undercurrent of subtle floral honey.
