Delightful salmon pink colour, this Ros is made from Pinot Noir grapes exhibiting cherry strawberry notes made in a dry style with a refreshingly crisp finish. The Pinot Noir Clones Abel , 777 and 5 were machine harvested from the Orchard vineyard. The fruit was skin contacted for 3 hours then pressed. The free run juice only was collected and settled overnight before being racked clear to ferment. Following a long cool ferment the wins was racked with light lees for maturation for 3 months before bottling.
