Made from grapes grown on land registry plot number 101, this party wine has always been a family tradition at Ca' del Baio. Displaying fine persistent bubbles, this is an excellent sweet sparkler with intense aromatics, hints of apricot and floral notes. Light on its feet, with good acidity and a fresh finish. Made from 100% White Moscato planted between 1953 and 1994, this most famous of all Italian sweet wines is also only 5% alcohol. It makes perfect drinking during a hot harvest, or a New Zealand summer.
