100% Chardonnay from the greatest Grand Cru Chardonnay village in Champagne. The vintage wine comes strictly from 80-90 year old parcels in Les Mesnil, produced using 100% oak with no MLF and a dosage of only 4g/L. Incredibly rich pure, reminiscent of a great Corton Charlemagne with bubbles.
